When we were searching for a new house, Genevieve quickly understood what we were looking for and chose an excellent set of houses to visit. She was very responsive to our calls and questions, and walked us through the process of buying step-by-step. To top it off, she was very professional, nice, polite, and had a positive attitude throughout the sometimes stressful house-buying experience. As first time home buyers, obviously we were nervous about the whole home-buying process, but Genevieve immediately helped us put aside our nerves and focus on finding a great place. First, she really took the time to understand our needs and wants in a home. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and about real estate buying and selling laws and regulations. Genevieve is honest and open. She is always prompt for appointments, and never pushy. She put our opinions first and was dedicated to finding us a place that was great.

Genevieve is super responsive to our many emails/phone calls/texts, and is always so cheerful. She really makes this process smooth and enjoyable. We've already recommended her to friends who wanted to rent a condo, and she found them a great place! Genevieve is absolutely the best! (less)
